This Ladder Work and Safety Basics training course has been designed for those in the telecommunications, CATV, electrical utility and industrial professions with an occupational requirement to be trained to safely undertake work activities that involve the use of ladders.

The goal of this course is to help you understand what the responsibilities are and how to manage those responsibilities to protect your health and safety and your co-workers.

This Ladder Work and Safety Basics course will also establish an understanding of the statutory requirements of the federal COHS, Provincial and Territorial OH&S legislations.

We will achieve the objectives through discussion and by participating in ladder skills practice and performance evaluation.

• Pedestrian Awareness.
• Maintenance and Storage.
