This Ground Disturbance training course has been designed for those with an occupational requirement to be trained to safely undertake work activities that involve ground disturbance and is intended for personnel who are required to manage, plan and supervise ground disturbance operations.
Supervisory level ground disturbance training is intended to provide the necessary information to manage ground disturbance activities near buried facilities safely with the intended goals of preventing damage to buried facilities and complying with regulatory requirements.
The Utility Safety Partners is the Alberta regional partner of the Common Ground Alliance in Canada. The Alberta Common Ground Alliance, The Alberta One-Call, and the Joint Utility Safety Team have united under on name: Utility Safety Partners. The Utility Safety Partners Training Standards Committee has endorsed the OH&S Ground Disturbance Advanced CGA 201 program (Alberta).
