Our Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee and Worker Representatives (JOHSC) training course focuses on content that meets the most current occupational health and safety regulations and ensures committee representative’s get the training, covering committee specific rules and procedures.
Employers of provincially regulated organizations are responsible for the establishment of a health and safety committee in the workplace. Most Canadian health and safety legislations set the guidelines for organizing the committee.
We will achieve this through supportive classroom discussion, and by participating in collaborative exercises.
